What is the difference between the Outbox, and Sent Items folders?
In the Outlook Web Access (OWA) folders, the Outbox folder is for messages that are delayed or still in the process of being sent. Typically there will not be any messages in this folder because they will be sent immediately. Instead, look for messages that have already been sent in the Sent Items folder.
- Are the folders used by the Quillpad Mobile application (sent, inbox, outbox, drafts) same as the folders used by the default SMS application in my phone?
- Why do some email messages appear blank in the Outbox/Sent Items folder? Does this mean that the message has no text or graphics?
