The Rockingham County Registry is the only registry in New Hampshire that has a verified and unverified date in the index. The verified date is the date the index has been proofread and hopefully problem free. The unverified index is the index in which the documents have been recorded but are not proofread, therefore we distinguish between the two for liability issues.
