UL Classified products bear the UL Label. This cerfitication ensures that all electrical components are UL tested and meet required safety guidelines. This certification is acceptable for most applications and are the highest efficiency units available. UL Listed units have the same certifications as UL Classified, in addition they have special fire retardant evaporative media, which may be special ordered. Most applications do not require this certification level.
