What is the difference between unapproving and denying a timesheet?

If you deny the timesheet, then none of the information can be re-entered. Only deny the timesheet if it is for the wrong location. If you unapproved the timesheet, then the employee can change their dates, times, and job performed but not the school location. Please use the Research feature in the Professional Services Timesheet program; it will display what the employee has been paid for as well as what is waiting for approval.
