What is the difference between Whey Protein Concentrate(WPC) and Whey Protein Isolate(WPI)?
A WPC is 80% protein, with approx. 6% fat. A WPI is 90% protein, with approx. 1% fat. ATW WPC is a whey protein concentrate and it still contains the vital protein bound fats native in non-denatured milk.
