to try and the question quickly the difference as far as being synthetic opiates there is no difference. The other thing is morphine is the most powerful narcotic opiate pain killer, beside herion. It is primarily used for chronic pain conditions such as cancer of all type throughout the body. Oxycodone is a very powerful pain med as well even though the difference is very noticeable for relief of pain, they both are a candidate for abuse leading to addiction, be carful how much you ingest and don’t go up, why do you need this anyway, your speaking on a outpatient basis and these are used primarily after invasive surgies of all types and the pain control thereafter, in a hospital type setting!!
