With a laser rangefinder, you cannot determine the distance to objects that are not in your line of sight, and it does not provide you with the distances to areas such as bunkers, dog leg holes, and water hazards that are difficult to get with lasers. The Golf Buddy can measure these distances without overshooting targets.  more
