What is the different between cheese cake and tiramisu?
Tiramisu doesn’t taste anything like cheesecake to me, they use ladyfingers and soak it in coffee. Tiramisu basically includes Mascarpone cheese, raw eggs, sugar, espresso coffee, ladyfingers, liquor and cocoa. Heavy cream is an optional ingredient.
