What is the Digidesign / Protools promotion and how does it work?
Welcome to all new users and current Garageband users. This is a step-by-step guide to creating a new account and using your Digidesign Promotion Code in the band registration form. When you purchase your software you will receive with it your Digidesign promotion code. These contest entry credits will be linked to BAND accounts and are not linked to individual USER accounts. Log onto the site at www.garageband.com/digi and you will be taken to the Welcome Page for Digidesign Users. Please click on the link that says “Click here to start now!†New users will need to first create an account. Click on the link that says “Click here to get started†from the activation page. If you already have a band account, click here. Enter your information in the registration form to create your new account.
