The minority purchasing program was established at St. John Health (SJH) in 1995. Since that time, St. John Health has developed a database of Minority Business Enterprises and Woman-Owned Enterprises. Our efforts in supplier diversity have been recognized four times by the Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC). Throughout St. John Health, supplier diversity is a reflection of our Values and the health system’s desire to sustain and improve the physical, spiritual and economic health of the communities we serve.
