What is the documentation required for the release of the Tal Card?
Besides the user identification (name, date of birth, mother’s maiden name, and valid address in the United States), the only requirement for the release of the Tal Card is the presentation of a picture identification provided by the government of any country. Immigrants residing in the USA from any part of the world can use a passport, driver’s license or identification card of one’s respective country, as well as the driver’s license, SSN and IIT provided by the US government.
