In its continued investigation of the draft policy, staff began creating a to do list of items that must be accomplished in order to sell the leased property directly to lessees. The list included numerous issues such as platting and dedication of road ownership and maintenance, property surveys, appraisals, and legal costs for the development and implementation of the policy.
