There is no fast way, you have to be 16 for a permit and now a days you have to have passing grades and have your teacher sign a paper and then you have to wait 6 months to go take your drivers test and than 6 months without any tickets or accidents to get your real licenses and if you do have an accident or recieve a ticket your 6 months starts all over again.

okay so once you turn 15 1/2 could get your driver’s permit. Once you have waited 6 months you could apply to get your driver’s license. go online and search for sites that you could take drivers ed. some cost about 40$, compared to the 100$ that you have to pay at the dmv, its way better. then you could call and set up an appointment for the dmv, print out your verification for the class and go with your parents to the dmv and then you can fill out the application for the permit and then your parents will sign and then youll getr your permit.

Theres really no way to speed up time to get your license, but if you’re 16 then you could get your permit today. I also don’t have a good financial status and I just got my permit about 3 weeks ago. The test is very simple, all you do is go to the local Driving center and take about a 18 question test. Just remember the longer you wait to get your permit the longer it will be until you get your license. Good luck with the test!

You can find a decent paying job and you can pay off your permit

i don’t really know about Texas, but when I was 16 in Illinois, I just had to attend my high school. They gave me a permit, and eventually it turned into a license. Sure, I might have had to pay a fee for the license, but there is no getting around that.
