if its a new combi you shouldnt need to balance it as it should modulate the output of the boiler itself , if its older you will have to turn down the lockshield valves on the radiators closest to the boiler to throw the heat to the furthest away radiators usually called the index radiators , of course that should have been done by your fitter when the system was commisioned , and indeed will only work properly and efficiently if the gas pressures at the boiler gas valve are correct should be 20 mb on the downstream side of the gasvalve give or take 2 mb
