Livebearers such as guppies, platies, and mollies are very simply to breed. Merely house them correctly and they will consistently have fry. Though they eat their young, and the fry will need to be saved if you want them to survive. This can be done by isolating the female in a breeder tank, or scooping up the fry and keeping them in another tank or breeder net. If breeding, I recommend at least a 20 gallon tank for normal housing, and then a 10 gallon to raise fry, each filtered and heated. A sponge filter would be best for the fry tank. Bigger is better for tank size.
