For all of our Premier HedgeLoan programs the criteria is simple: Optionable securities with good volume of trading. For our other custom Premier securities loans programs, a price over $1 per share. The entire Premier program accepts mutual funds, municipal bonds, Treasury bills, REITs, and a wide variety of other securities. Any security except medium-term notes, bank guarantees, foreign bonds, or letters of credit – provided that they have an active market – will be considered. (Note please that the Premier securities loan program can accept collateralized mortgage obligations at this time (CMOs) provided that they are just one element in a portfolio that includes other, eligible stocks/securities. CMOs in such case should not exceed half of the entire collateral.)
