There are 2 packs in Ellington. They are divided by school district. Our pack (Pack 96), is for scouts who live in the Windermere School district and pack 77 is for scouts who live in the Crystal Lake School and Center School districts. Pack 96 Facts: • We are all part of the Connecticut Rivers Council • Our pack Is chartered (sponsored) by the Ellington Congregational Church. • We currently has over 50 scouts. • Pack 96 is run completely by volunteers. • We are in District 5 of the CT Rivers Council • District #5 is one of the 8 Districts in the Connecticut Rivers Council • The CRC is the largest of 4 councils in the state and one of around 300 throughout the country.
