What is the employee discount at Hollister?????
Well pay is minimum wage but what do you expect? Unless you’re a manager or a MIT (Manager In Training) which they get about 2-3 dollars less then double minimum wage. Anyways, discounts work as such. When you’re first hired, you have 2 weeks from the day you’re hired to use a 50% discount on whatever is on the mannequins. Yes, it HAS to be on the mannequins, and the exact same color as them as well. If the mannequin has a blue polo then you have to buy that exact same one. You get more opportunities to use the 50% off discount but ONLY when the new seasonal clothing comes in. For part time workers, you get 20% off. Full time workers get 30% off. Hope that helped!
