What is the Engineering Leadership Lab (ELL)?
A. Students in the Gordon Engineering Leader track are expected to participate actively in weekly Engineering Leadership Labs. Often prepared by students and run by students, ELLs feature authentic leadership activities embedded in phases of product development, including learning objectives focused on the affective behavior, character, and values that are often needed at these phases.
A. GELs will participate actively in weekly Engineering Leadership Labs. ELLs feature relevant, authentic (often fun!) leadership activities embedded in phases of engineering product development, to allow you to practice the engineering leader capabilities you’ll need to succeed in your engineering career.
