What is the essential change coming, relative to Telecom billings?
To move to a central funding model, the current Budgets for telephone services will be pulled by the Budget Office effective July 1, 2004. Telecom will no longer bill for monthly services for most department operations. No long distance will be offered, therefore departments will be on their own to arrange for long distance charges.
