What is the expedited complaints procedure?
Unfortunately in some cases complainants, because of the frequency or nature of their contacts with the BBC, hinder consideration of their, or other peoples’, complaints and disrupt smooth running of the moderation process. When this happens, appeals will no longer be considered from this complainant with the procedure outlined above, but will follow the expedited complaints procedure laid out in Annex C of the BBC Trust’s complaints procedure pdf. In addition, you may be asked to put your complaint in writing and send it by posted letter.
