What is the fastest wireless router that also has wired Ethernet connection plugs?
802.11N is the fastest protocol at the moment, and any properly-implemented router will run at the same speed. (Use d-link or Linksys to be sure.) But unless your internet connection is over 50Mbps (and you wouldn’t be using SOHO routers if it were), the only thing you’ll gain from a faster router is faster file transfer from one computer on the LAN to another – your internet speed won’t increase by increasing your router speed.
