What is the fee for a false alarm activation?
A service charge of $115 shall be billed to and paid by alarm owners for each response by police officers which was determined to be a false alarm, or which response did not require such police officer’s services other than deactivation of an alarm system. Such charges shall be payable within 30 days of billing date.
