What is the final payment due date for my booking?
The advance payment must be paid within 15 days of your confirmed reservation. If you have taken out weather and cancellation insurance (Euroase and Roompot Cochem Holiday and Golf Resort: cancellation insurance only), the premium must also be paid within 15 days of the booking. The remaining amount must have been paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival must be paid in full by return of post. In the event that your reservation total has not been credited (in full) to the Roompot account upon your arrival at the park, you will be asked to settle the (remaining) amount at that time. Bookings made within 3 business days of arrival must be paid in full upon arrival at the park. Reservations for which payment is not received on time will be cancelled in accordance with the Recron terms and conditions. Any expenses arising during your stay, such as for telephone use, must be paid on the day of departure.
