Hi. I think the key is just to read the lyrics faithfully without a deep own and personal interpretation. Once I did it that, I could imagine Dave Grohl lying next to some girl spending some time singing maybe in a bed or maybe in a place where they were just lying there singing one next to each other. Those are the kind of moments that make you wander something like “if everything could ever be this real forever, if everything could ever be this good again”, just lying there, singing along with the woman (or man) you love, in a moment still.
