GVW refers to the gross weight of the vehicle (concessions trailer). This is the unloaded weight of the trailer. Your trailer with all supplied equipment which includes a 14,000 watt propane generator, a 100lb propane tank, and 4 bunn ultra II slush machines is approximately 4100 lbs. The GVWR refers to the total vehicle weight capacity of your concession trailer. This is rated at 7000 lbs. This allows you approximately 2900 lbs of storage weight capacity in your concession trailer. more
