What is the Hampton Cove Owners Association (HCOA)?
The HCOA is a mandatory membership for all homes in Hampton Cove. Dues for the HCOA are due every January 1 and late after January 31. All unpaid accounts will result in a lien being placed on your property. The HCOA office maintains the common grounds, produces publications, enforces compliance to the Restrictive Covenants, and handles Architectural Review.
