What is the healthiest type of peanut butter to get?

The calories in peanut butter depend on the brand and extra additives. While almost all peanut butter is pretty good, a lot of regular name brands have sugar and mixes of oils that you may not want. Organic peanut butters are considered healthiest because they have less additives, but they also do not last as long and must be mixed and kept refrigerated. For breakfast, it is healthier to eat the banana and drink the orange juice. Leave the bread and the peanut butter for later. Fruits and fruit juices digest faster and differently than peanut butter and bread. A whole orange is better than the juice as well. It is more nutritious and you get less volume.

All natural peanut butter is the best kind to get. I suppose organic is better, but it can cost much more. For me, the extra money for organic peanut butter isn’t worth it. My husband likes the Skippy Natural peanut butter because it doesn’t have the oil that some do. Some brands, like Jif, have extra oils in them, which I don’t think is necessary. (The Jif peanut butter has either hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils in it in addition to the oil and fat from the peanuts. I don’t think that is necessary or even healthy, even if the product “contains less than 2% of…” It’s two percent more than what I need.) By brown bread, do you mean whole wheat? In the US, bread can be brown, but still made with enriched flour (fancy wording for white). I refer to it as wheat flavored, or wheat colored white. I buy the all-natural whole wheat without corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, hydrogenated oils, artificial flavors and colors. Yes, whole wheat bread wit
