There is not a hot-key sequence to bring up the console in CSWEB. To Access the console open your browser, in the address bar type: http://csweb.securitysoft.com and hit enter or go. This will bring up the CSWEB management console where you can enter your account ID, username and password. This allows you to access the CSWEB console form any internet connected computer.
