LEED-NC 2009 positions LOGIX even better than previous versions. LEED-NC 2009 has a new point base of 100. Buildings with 40% energy savings continue to contribute about 15 percent (or 15 points), but there is an additional opportunity for building with projected energy savings of over 48% to contribute an additional 4 points. Thus, exceptional energy savings can contribute up to 19 points or 19% of the possible total.
