There is no importance in EYE FLICKERING in Hindu Mythology. But people in India have certain superstitious beliefs about this.Some feel it as good luck or bad luck. I a man's right eye flicker it is consered as good and if it is left it is bad. Similarly for a Hindu woman flikering of left eye is considered good and right eye bad. Most of the people do not belive these supersititous belief. Scientifically speaking our eye lids flicker or flutter or twitch because the muscle surrounding the eye is becoming fatigued. The muscle becomes fatigued after it has been constricting for long periods of time..
