What is the income potential for an FHI Certified Fractional Professional?

There are three different ways you can make a profit on a fractional project — as the Listing and/or Buyer’s Agent, as the Consultant, or as the Developer (or a combination of all three!). As you will see in our Potential Income Chart, if you only completed one fractional project each year you would do well. We expect that our members will consult on an average of 3 projects per year. We also predict that a minimum of 10% of our members will progress to the “next level” of consulting for larger fractional developments, like our CEO Sherman Potvin, and travel the world making a fine living. The best part is that after the initial membership fee, there is little cost to starting your fractional business. You can work out of a home office and we provide everything you need to get started.
