What is the intrinsic jitter of the 78P7200?
Intrinsic jitter is defined as the 78P7200-transmitter jitter when there is no jitter received by the 78P7200. Normally, the test is carried by applying a valid DS3/E3 signal with no jitter and putting the 7200 in loopback mode by connecting RCK/RPOS/RNEG to TCLK/TPOS/TNEG. Typical behavior of the 78P7200 is for intrinsic jitter of 0.004-0.008 UIP-P.
