Both the UK and Spain are within the EU. There is no need for work permits and visas. You are old enough to leave the UK and migrate to Spain legally. However, I do not know what the Spanish legal minimum age is for you to be employed full time without contravening Spanish child labour laws. You are best advised to speak to the Spanish embassy in the UK for information (although they cannot give advice).
