What is the LOA for and why do we need to sign it?
A. This is an extra security measure we take to protect you. Since Intervive Communications are agents of the telecom carriers we represent, the Letter Of Agency (LOA) is provided to you to ensure that no change to your current services occurs without your prior authorization. We take your trust very seriously and Intervive doesn’t make changes “just over the phone”. The LOA provides you the name and address of the agent contacting you, as well as your information. Finally we send the signed LOA to carrier before any change is made to your account.
