What is the major difference in the 7 ply and 9 ply sets?

0

All of our cookware is manufactured by the same corporation. We’ve been doing business with this same manufacturer since we started our business in 1997 and have been more than satisfied with the quality of their products over the years. The number of plies should be a matter of preference because the quantity of plies is more about marketing strategies than quality. After doing the research, customers who have chosen either the 9 ply or 7 ply have both been satisfied with their cookware, and we’ve never had to accept a return on any set because of quality. Other than the plies, the differences in the sets are quite minor. Unless they own an induction-top stove, we always tell our customers that it should be a simple matter of preference when they make their decision, because the quality is very high in all the sets. If you own an induction-top stove, you will want to order the KT17ULTRA set.
