What is the Marine & Coastal Access Bill about?
The Marine & Coastal Access Bill is a government-led Bill which began its passage through parliament in November 2008. Amongst its aims, which include management and conservation of the UKs marine area, is to create an access route for walkers along the entire coastline of England, and enable the same to happen in Wales.
