The FLRP will pay up to $40,000 for 2 years of service ($20,000 for each year of service), based on the participant’s outstanding balances of qualifying educational loans. If the total amount of the participant’s qualifying educational loans is less than $40,000, the FLRP will pay the remaining balance of the total qualifying educational loans.
