What is the Medical Amnesty policy?
The Medical Amnesty policy was enacted in Fall 2006 to encourage students to report potential alcohol or drug emergencies without disciplinary repercussions. As long as qualifications are met, students who seek medical attention for another person and the person who receives medical attention during that alcohol or drug emergency will not face disciplinary action by the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution for the possession or use of alcohol or other drugs. 11.
