I was at the max dose of 160mg per day for about 7 months … and what do I think about that? Hmm … not sure. I still had to supplement about 10oz over the day, and now that I’ve weaned off the domperidone, my supply is the same as it was when I was on it. But I do think it helped to establish my supply. Does that make sense?
