All plasma cutters are different. On some you can tie into the trigger circuit inside the power source, on others there is a pigtail near the base of the hand torch lead where it enters the power source and then on others you have to tie into the trigger wires right in the torch head and run them back to tie into on/off relay. Our tech guys know most of the tricks. There are a lot of cutters out there. There is a contactor/relay in the control system that closes to signal “arc on”, if we connect the torch “arc on” wires circuit to it.
