What is the most effective combination of exercises in order to gain a leaner, lifted look?
I can accommodate any need for a programme of exercise and nutritional advise in order for you to reach your ideal physical appearance and sensation of well being. The needs, aims and targets are very individual, so I prefer not to give generic advise or “rules”. However, it can be said that a combination of correct nutrition, appropriate aerobic exercise and my deep stretching classes will, no doubt, lead to the desired results – and much quicker than you would think, I might add!
