What is the most effective way to release repressed anger?
Depends on the situation; for releasing anger lots of people have different techniques -beating up your pillow/screaming in your pillow (which I honestly find un-effective but my aunt does it alot so *shrugs*) -crying/talking to someone/ranting to friends (good if you’ve got someone who’ll listen for hours) -singing song with high notes (a some-what stable method for everyone) -make something, get your hands busy, try painting or model-making, even sports All in all, my advise is get your angry energy and use it for other things, sports is possible but forewarned, people tend to get carried away in contact sports like football. Creative activity is good too, you feel satisfied at the end. Singing under your breath (usually a familiar tune with a good feel to it) is a good idea too. Don’t try counting to ten and back, believe me, it doesn’t work.
