The Driskill Hotel dates back to 1886 making it one of the oldest hotels in the country. If you enjoy architecture and history, this would be the most interesting hotel for you. In 1997-98, the hotel underwent a multi-million dollar renovation bringing it back to historical accuracy. The back of the desk chair in my room was almost 4.5 feet tall and very funky.
