Electricity, is the only truely renewable energy source there is, given that we can produce it by harnessing natures power. How it will be produces will probably be in a veriety of ways, most likely being hydroelectricity, so tidal power or dams as its the only way in which a reliable and constant power source can be achieved in all weather conditions. However, scientists are working on creating a sort of “minature sun” here on earth, which would give out vast amounts of energy which can then be converted into electricity, but this is still very far away and have only been able up until now to make the “sun” last for a milliseconds, so i’m going to stick hydroelectric power as the main source for now. As for cars, the problem is that electricity is difficult to store efficiently, so the mostly likely source i think is hydrogen, but of course it will probably be made by electrolysis using electricity, then is converted back into electricity in the hydrogen fuel cell in the vehicles to p
