What is the NADWA Year-End Awards program?
The North American Danish Warmblood Association (NADWA) has a national Sport Horse Award program and annually awards the performance on several divisions. The purpose of these awards is to encourage membership participation and to recognize the high level of achievement of Danish Warmbloods in the United States. We offer year-end awards in the Hunter Division and the Jumper Division. The award year is December 1st through November 30th; HUNTERS: Award year: December 1st through November 30th. Membership of owner and horse registration with NADWA is required by November 30th of the award year. Horses competing for Hunter awards must be recorded with USEF and have breed listed as Danish Warmblood with USEF. Awards will be given to the top horse nationally in Children’s – Adult / Amateur, Junior – Amateur / Owner, and Open Hunters (combining green, conformation, and working hunter divisions) JUMPERS: Award year: December 1st through November 30th.
