What is the new AABB Conflicts of Interest and Confidentiality Policy?
The new policy requires all AABB board, committee, work group and task force members, volunteer assessors and staff to disclose actual or apparent conflicts of interest, which are defined in the policy. It also requires them to ensure that confidential information from and about AABB is not disclosed to third parties, except as authorized by AABB.
