Northernmost: I make it Barrow, Alaska, U.S.A. There are towns that are further north, like Grise Fiord, Nunavut, Canada and Longyearbyen, Svalbard, Norway, but they don't show up in Yahoo Weather. Coldest: Ojmjakon, Russia. Widely agreed to be the coldest place outside of Antarctica.
