This is the NSW State Government’s gross feed-in tariff scheme . Customers who have installed an eligible solar photovoltaic (PV) system and connected this system to the grid by October 27 2010 will receive the ‘gross’ feed-in tariff rate of 60 cents per kilowatt hour for all the electricity that their system generates. Customers who have purchased an eligible solar photovoltaic (PV) system by October 27 2010 and applied for connection to the grid by 18 November 2010 will also be eligible to receive the 60 cents ‘gross’ feed-in tariff rate. Those who purchase an eligible system after 27 October 2010 will receive a ‘gross’ feed-in tariff rate of 20 cents per kilowatt hour for all the electricity that their solar power system generates This tariff is available in NSW until 31/12/16 or when an overall capacity limit of 300MW is achieved and will be reviewed 01/07/12.
