What is the Oklahoma Centralized Support Registry?
The Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act (PRWORA) of 1996 modified Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and requires states to establish a central unit for receipt and disbursement of child support. Oklahoma Statutes were amended in Title 43, Section 413 to create the Oklahoma Centralized Support Registry (also known as the Central Case Registry) and implement this federal law.
